1. Submit a Completed Profile Sheet

All new wastestreams and updates to existing wastestreams must be characterized using an Environmental Remedies Material Profile Sheet. Samples are required with profiles. Any supporting analytical data and MSDS's are requested.

2. Send Us Some Samples

All new waste streams and updates to existing wastestreams require a one quart sample be submitted with a profile.

There is no fee to have a sample reviewed. Sample Kits are available through
e-mail at samples@envremedies.com or contact us.

3. Submit a Signed Environmental Service Agreement

This is not required to have a sample and profile reviewed, but is required prior to services being provided. The agreement establishes our mutual responsibilities for doing business. It protects you and Environmental Remedies.
